The Graveyard and Historic Knoxville Tour was awesome! I had two friends come to visit me from Raleigh, NC and I had lived in Knoxville for a year now, and Lex took us on an awesome adventure and I got to see things I had never seen before. Lex is really knowledgeable about the history of Knoxville and all the graveyards and was very personable and funny. He was also very careful of us and made sure that we were comfortable and doing okay. I highly recommend this tour to everyone. Thanks Lex! :)

Lex showed us a fantastic time. We biked all over seeing lots of Knoxville's rich history and beautiful homes all while getting great exercise. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone. Rick and Anne From Michigan

I came to Knoxville from Karlsruhe, Germany. In my habit, trying to do as much as possible by bike, I searched for some used bike on craigslist - and got a roadbike from Lex. From the first day on I loved the Vintage Bridgestone 400, it is respectable, reliable, and runs like an animal! Knowing that I have to sell it at the end of my exchange program already makes me sad!

AMAZING ride with Lex this morning! Beautiful scenery with great company. Our ride was 26 miles through the Knoxville foothills. As new roadbikers Lex set a perfect pace for us. We would recommend these guided tours to any rider of any skill level. We plan to be back in the future! Thanks Lex!

Lex was a great guide. His passion for history is evident and his cycling experience is top notch. This is a great way to spend a half-day and learn alot about Knoxville's interesting past. Would recommened this tour to all ages and feel confident that you'll be in good hands with Lex.

What a blast that trip was!!! Lex is the best guide ever. Being somewhat "deconditioned" he chose the route with smaller hills and even gave me a "push" to help get up some of them. Enjoyable ride, patient guide and all around informative and fun fun trip. We've lived in Knoxville area for 13 years and learned and saw things about Knoxville we never knew. Even found new, less hilly, ways to get around town when walking or riding bikes. Thanks Lex

Shannon and I thoroughly enjoyed the bike tour of Knoxville. The ride was great, and the rented bikes were in terrific condition. I would recommend the tour to anyone that enjoys cycling, history or even just wants a great tour of Knoxville. I particularly appreciated the historical stories provided all along the tour of the many personalities that have contributed to Knoxville, and east Tennessee history. Learning about the people that founded the city, through the Civil War period, all the way through the World’s Fair and present day gave us a great overview of the area. This allowed us to choose what portions we wanted to explore more in depth on our own. We live in Florida where the hills are few and far between. We were worried the hills around Knoxville may be challenging, but found that the route was very accommodating and was traveled at a great pace. Thank you for one of the more memorable, and enlightening activities on our visit to Knoxville!

Had a great morn. ride. Easy ride, excelent history buff you are Lex. If your ever in Knoxville, I recommend this cycle experience/tour for all age groups that would like to learn about the area's history, historical sites and get some exericse at that same time. Again, Lex thankyou for a great morning workout! (it was not a hard ride at all) I will be back in this city next June (2011) and will "ride" again. Oh by the way, I work for the federal government CBP :)

Thanks for the fantastic tour! Our 10 year daughter was easily able to keep up with us and our 3 year old daughter enjoyed her "chariot" ride! I have lived in Knoxville for over 20 years and had no idea that so much "drama" AKA history happened here in Knoxville when our city was founded. We are looking forward to the next tour!
